Individual:
- $28 (18 yrs and under) per month.
- $38 (21 yrs and under) per month.
- $48 (21 yrs and above) per month.
- $75 per month per family (for couple).
- $10 for each additional child under 18 yrs.
Senior Special:
- $38 (age 60 yrs and above) per month.
6-Month /Annual:
- 10% discount will be applied for every 6-month payment plan.
- 15% discount will be applied for annual payment plan.
Corporate/Group Membership discount: (for employees of participating companies):
- 10% off
- One time non-refundable registration fee of $25.00 applies to each membership.
