Return & Warranty

Please read our return policy carefully as certain restrictions apply.

BADMINTON RACKET RETURNS

  • Rackets can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date as long as they are unused.
  • Please do not remove the plastic film wrapped around the grip if you intend to return the racket.
  • Once the plastic grip is removed the racket is considered used and hence cannot be returned.
  • A restocking fee of $10 will be charged for returns when the original shipment to the customer included free shipping
  • Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

BADMINTON SHUTTLECOCK RETURNS

  • Shuttlecocks can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date as long as they are unused.
  • Opened tubes of shuttles cannot be returned.
  • Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

BADMINTON SHOE RETURNS

  • Shoes can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date as long as they as they are unused
  • A restocking fee of $10 will be charged for returns when the original shipment to the customer included free shipping
  • Once the tag is removed the shoes will be considered used and hence cannot be returned.
  • Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost
  • Customer is responsible for to and from shipping costs in case they wish to exchange shoes
  • Please use the box the shoes were shipped in to return shoes. Do not place any shipping labels or tape directly on the shoe box.
  • Please make sure shoes do not have any sock fuzz/lint, human or pet hair, dirt, or any other foreign substances before returning them.
  • Badminton Warehouse will charge a restocking fee of 20% of the cost of the shoe if it is returned in a different box or the shoe tag removed.

BADMINTON BAGS & ACCESSORIES RETURNS

  • All items can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date as long as they are unused.
  • Please do not take tags off the bags and accessories should be in their original packing.
  • A restocking fee of $10 will be charged for returns when the original shipment to the customer included free shipping
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Egret Badminton is an authorized vendor of all products sold on our website and we stand by the products we sell. We offer a special 15 day EBC Warranty on badminton rackets.
